As part of the Nadel Architects team, our scope included planning, design, construction documents and construction administration of the interiors for this 67-unit complex near Universal Studios. Designed as a Live / Work community, features include open-concept living with an abundance of natural light. Soaring 18-foot ceilings along with unique wood, steel and glass architectural details create a true sophisticated loft feel.
