After extensive replanning to right size the space to 26,000 square feet, a complete design transformation was developed to create a branded, open and collaborative interior in line with how the client works today. A central open lounge and break room were created and walls taken down to connect both floors via the central stair. Glass was added to open conference rooms.  Workstations were modified and refurbished to have low panels, fostering collaboration and interaction. The project was constructed in phases with staff moving in and out of swing space.
